Healthcare operates within a complex ecosystem shaped by people, systems, policies, and technology. In this environment, medical decisions are rarely simple. When guidance is limited, values conflict, and consequences are real, physicians are often the ones responsible for making final decisions.

Ethos Medicina is an independent project that examines ethical decision making in medicine by focusing on the physician’s role as both a moral and clinical decision maker within this ecosystem. Through the analysis of real world clinical cases, the project explores how physicians weigh competing interests, navigate uncertainty, and take responsibility for decisions that directly affect patients’ lives.
